DPR1 Dennis Lancet 3 / Park Royal
East Kent Standard

The standard early post-war single deckers for East Kent were 72 Dennis Lancet 3s with Park Royal bodies.

Registered in the CFN-series, were CFN110, 122-149 which entered service in 1947.

In 1948, CFN150-169 and CJG988-99 followed, and the last to be delivered were CFN111-21, in 1949.

CFN110-120 were upgraded to coach status, in 1951, reverting to buses in 1954.

Several were converted, from 1959, to full-front 'omo' by Roe and Park Royal.

Unconverted vehicles were progressively withdrawn, until 1966, the remainder continuing for a further 3 years.
