The next Australian kit from Little Bus Company is the Mercedes Benz 0305 with PMC 2 door body built to the specifications of the State Transit Authority of New South Wales.

Based on the MK 2 class they were introduced between 1978 and 1980. In 2001, some 400 were still in service and could be seen almost anywhere in the Sydney area, with further examples operating in Newcastle. They are now being sold of for further use with private operators and the STA fleet in 2003 has dwindled to around 120.

Although built in Australia the body is a basic standard design and many other private companies have similar vehicles either purchased second hand from Sydney or from other sources. These provide opportunities for interesting liveries. Some Examples can also be seen in New Zealand owned by Stagecoach Auckland and are in the usual Stagecoach livery.
